Preparation method and dosage of dosing device of air flotation machine

1. PAC configuration

There are no special requirements for preparation. The specific concentration of the prepared solution is generally 10-20% by weight, and the dosage for application is generally about 200-300PPM (add 200-300mg of PAC per liter of water). For the calculation of the set value in the dosing pump flowmeter, see the following method for calculating the PAM dosage.

2. PAM configuration

The use form of PAM is 0.1% - 0.2% aqueous solution, which is prepared with tap water. When preparing, it must be noted that PAM must be evenly and dispersedly dropped into the continuously agitated water, and it must be ensured that when entering the water, it is dispersed and separate particles without forming clusters. Otherwise, once a large particle cluster is formed, it will be difficult to continue to dissolve, forming a large particle cluster of drug in water. During preparation, it shall be fully stirred to dissolve it. The prepared solution is easy to hydrolyze and should be used up on the same day.

3. Precautions

① . The preparation of liquid medicine shall be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures and instructions.

② The sundries shall not be mixed into the liquid medicine to avoid blocking the dosing pump and flow meter.

③ According to the water inflow and the issued dosing notice, the dosage should be adjusted in time to achieve the best treatment effect.
